📅 Weekly Class Schedule (Same Each Week)
• Monday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
All classes are 45–60 minutes. Sessions begin with introductions and discussion of weekly health & fitness goals, followed by warm-up and the strength class.
⚠️ Please Bring Your Own Light Dumbbells if you have them (the gym has some, but not enough for everyone).
⚠️ You may also want to bring a yoga mat for floor work.
