• This is a judged powerlifting event

• Not sanctioned

• Standard powerlifting rules will be followed:

• Squat, bench press, and deadlift

• Commands will be given and must be followed

• No soft lockouts, missed depth, or downward bar movement

• Judges’ decisions are final

All experience levels are welcome
